Terms and Conditions:

Important: Please be aware that, according to the Icelandic law, all children below 135 cm in height will require a child seat. Kindly leave a note in your booking if you have any child or children under 135 cm tall. The seats are free and included in the price.

1. Liability and General Terms:

1.1 Liability: Hii Tours does not accept liability for any loss, accidents, injuries, or sickness that may occur during the tour.

1.2 Client Responsibility: All clients accept that the tour/activity is taken at their own risk, and they must be in good health condition to participate.

1.3 Client Actions: Hii Tours is not responsible for injuries or accidents caused by the clients’ actions or their failure to follow the guidelines provided by the guide. However, in the case of a car accident, clients are insured if they require hospitalization.

2. Tours:

2.1 Itinerary: The itinerary stated in the tour dossier is indicative only and not a guarantee that a particular route will be followed or place reached.

2.2 Duration: The duration of the tour includes pick-up, travel time, sightseeing, and drop-off. The estimated duration will be communicated at the time of booking, and any changes will be notified in advance.

3. Pick-up:

3.1 Pick-up Locations: All customers will be picked up from their preferred location/accommodation in Reykjavik capital area and Keflavik, or from other designated pick-up locations as agreed upon. Please provide all necessary information when you book your tour(s).

3.2 Confirmation and Identification: It is sufficient to show the voucher or confirmation email to our guide along with any valid identification at the pick-up time.

3.3 Confirmation Details: Customers are responsible and must check that all details on their confirmation voucher are correct. If you find any errors or incorrect information, please contact us as soon as possible. We may not be able to change your reservation if it is too close to the departure date.

4. Payment:

4.1 Reservation Payment: Full payment is required at the time of booking to secure your reservation. The price quoted is for the entire trip, accommodating a maximum of 7 passengers. Child seats are included in the price.

5. Booking:

5.1 Booking Confirmation: All tour bookings are subject to availability and will be confirmed via email or any other agreed-upon method of communication.

5.3 Booking Channels: Bookings can be made directly through Hii Tours or any other authorized platforms.

5.4 Booking Confirmation: Once you have completed the booking process, a booking confirmation will follow, along with your booking number and the voucher(s) for the services booked.

5.5 Booking Mistakes And Assistance: Hii Tours is not responsible for mistakes made during the booking process. Whoever if you encounter any issues with booking through Hii Tours’ website (www.HiiTours.com), please contact our Customer Service Team at help@HiiTours.com.

6. Prices:

6.1 Currency and Fees: Please note that all prices for services provided by Hii Tours are in ISK (Icelandic Krona). Hii Tours is not responsible for currency fluctuations and/or fees (such as bank transfer fees, credit card fees, or any other fees) applied outside of Hii Tours’ control.

6.2 Currency Exchange: All charges are made in ISK, but prices in other currencies displayed on our website are approximations. Currency exchange rates may vary, so the prices displayed on the website might not be exact at the time of booking.

7. Cancellation:

7.1 Cancellation by Customers:

7.1.1 Full refund if cancelled 2 days before the activity.

7.2 Cancellation by Hii Tours:

7.2.1 Weather or Reason: In the event of tour cancellation due to inclement weather conditions or other reasons, customers will receive a full refund.

7.2.2 Itinerary Changes: Hii Tours reserves the right to change or alter tour itineraries due to weather or road conditions.

7.2.3 Safety Considerations: Itineraries can be changed or canceled at any moment to ensure the safety of passengers and staff. In the event of a tour cancellation, Hii Tours will offer an alternative arrangement (another tour) at no additional cost or provide a refund.

– Please note that cancellation can take at least 3 business days and not more than 28 business days.

8. Legal Venue:

8.1 Proper Legal Venue: The customer and Hii Tours hereby accept the district of Reykjavik, Iceland, where the services are being provided, as the proper legal venue.

8.2 Applicable Law: Icelandic law shall apply to any legal issues that arise between the two parties.
